Story

Ganesh Talkies (the film) is about the two dissimilar communities — Bengalis and Marwaris — that make Kolkata what it is today. What emerges is a comic melange of feel-good nostalgia and bitter-sweet brotherhood. Pashupati (Biswajit) and Pravin (Rajesh) are childhood friends. Pashupati is planning to marry off his daughter Sarbani (Raima) to an NRI. But Sarbani is secretly in love with Arjun (Chandan), Pravin's son. What happens when both families come to know of their clandestine romance?
